The manufacturing process of the Mincoh products is designed to cause a low environmental impact. The particles used in our products, often of a higher quality than those found in the OEM ones, avoid the monomer detachment produced by the chemical polymerisation effect by working at lower temperatures than others, as well as managing to reduce the energy consumption of the equipment.
The high quality of the MINCOH products manufacturing makes for eco friendly toners since the SOx and NOx gases emissions produced in this process are lower too.
In contrast with OEM manufacturers, the packaging of the consumables is of great concern to MINCOH. In fact, most of them are made of plastic and their environmental footprint is quite high if not processed properly, as it could take over 500 years for them to decompose. Most other manufacturers though focus only on recycling the printer’s image drums, since that’s the highest value component, while ignoring the consumables packaging.
MINCOH recycles and reuses the plastic containers, since those do not suffer from much wear and allow for multiple uses.
Also, MINCOH works under several EU regulations for the environmental protection, such as REACH, ROSH, RAEE and GREEN DOT.
